The Abita Springs Friends of the Park is sponsoring a celebration of Earth Day, Sunday,March 18, 2012, from 12:00-5:00 p.m. The festival includes interactive family activities, demonstrations, live music, Arts and Crafts booths, food and beverage vendors, all with a natural, "Go Green" theme. Admission and parking are free. Donations to Friends of the Park help maintain the Abita Springs green spaces and help fund future family events.
