6 FREE FRIDAY EVENING CONCERTS
The City of Mandeville presents Mandeville Live! 2012. The Spring concert series features 6 FREE Friday concerts at the Mandeville Trailhead in Historic Old Mandeville (675 Lafitte Street) March 2 – April 20, 6:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. Gates will open at 6:00 P.M.
Kicking off the series on March 2nd is Sunpie & The Louisiana Sunspots. Impressive in stature and versatility of sound, Sunpie combines the musical styles of Blues, Caribbean, Gospel, Funk, Zydeco and West African rhythms. They call their music “Bouje Bouje” meaning to move and it’s tailor-made for dancing.
