The Commission on Cultural Affairs is hosting a series four free workshops open to all individuals and organizations in St. Tammany Parish.  All workshops are scheduled for 6:00-8:00 PM and will be held in the St. Tammany Parish Council Chambers, 21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA.
