Learn about a variety of interesting topics through discussion, music & movement, hands on exploration, arts & crafts, and story time with a specific monthly theme. This interactive program has an additional component: FUN & FIT encourages both parents and children to get up and move! We'll have so much fun that we won't even realize we're exercising. We are all just a hop, skip, and a jump away from better health. COST: per month - $15/child for members, $24/child for non-members. Class size limited to 12 parent/child couples per class.
