Commission on Cultural Affairs
The mission of the St. Tammany Commission on Cultural Affairs is to enrich the lives of the citizens of St. Tammany Parish by nurturing, sustaining, and enhancing the arts.
The St. Tammany Commission on Cultural Affairs has many programs and initiatives available to assist arts organizations and non-profit agencies presenting arts programs, so as to foster development of the arts in St. Tammany Parish. We offer programs and initiatives in grants, public art, arts marketing, leadership and organization development, cultural programs, cultural planning and technical assistance.

COVID-19 Resources for Artist and Arts Organizations
Make a donation to Creative Relief Northshore to help the artists and arts and culutral oragnizations in their recovery. Through Creative Relief, the Commission on Cultural Affairs will identify artists and arts organizations who have lost or incurred damage as a result of a disaster or emergency. Financial contributions to this effort will provide artists and arts organizations with immediate assistance in their time of need.

The St. Tammany Commission on Cultural Affairs is an agency of the St. Tammany Parish Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism and is supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council. Funding has also been provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, Art Works.
