Public Hearing Information
Planning & Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment Meetings are held at the St. Tammany Parish Administrative Complex Building, Parish Council Chambers, Building “A”, 21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA
- Planning Commission Meetings begin at 6 pm
- Zoning Commission Meetings begin at 6 pm
- Board of Adjustment Meetings begin at 2 pm.
A livestream will be available for viewing on regular broadcast channels (Charter Channel 710; U-verse Channel 99) or on the Parish website here.
Those members of the public desiring to speak on a particular item should refer to a meeting agenda and fill out a request to speak form.
Once the item is announced, each person’s name who has filled out a form will be called on to speak. Both sides will each be given 10 minutes to speak. Proponents will speak first, then the opponents. The speakers are requested to consolidate their remarks and avoid duplication in their presentations. Both sides will be allowed a total period of 5 minutes for rebuttal.

The petitioner or any aggrieved person has ten (10) days to appeal the decision of the zoning commission. Appeals must be filed with the St. Tammany Parish Department of Planning & Development. A copy of the appeal request, click here.
