The mission of St. Tammany Parish Facilities Management Department is to ensure safe and clean buildings and grounds that provide an appealing physical appearance and a comfortable working environment for parish employees and the general public that use them.

Our Responsibilities

The Facilities Management Department provides a safe and functional physical working environment for the administration of Parish Government by providing a professional and cost effective maintenance program. This department provides services to over 20 different parish owned facilities which comprise over 600,000 square feet of building space. Among other responsibilities, the department staff insures building safety and the optimal performance of building systems by providing preventative maintenance and repair on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building security systems. The Facilities Management Department also provides interior / exterior repairs and renovations to Parish Facilities.

Location & Hours

The Facilities Management Department is located on the third floor of the St. Tammany Parish State Office Building. Normal business hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
