Department of Finance Offices

The Department of Finance consists of the following offices which are supervised by Finance Department Director:

Our Responsibilities

Preparation of the annual operating budget,
Management of all parish funds including revenues from grants, sales and property taxes, fees and licenses,
Purchases of materials and services for the parish,
Administration of all bid procedures,
Payroll and employee benefits,
Minimizing the parish's liability exposure and administration of insurance claims for property damage, and
Worker's Compensation.
