Form 3101 – APPEAL TO BOARD OF REVIEW can be filed at the Council Office (21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA 70471 – Building A), via mail (P.O. Box 628, Covington, LA 70434), fax (985-898-2593) or by email (email@example.com). If you have any questions regarding an Appeal to the Board of Review, please contact the Council Office at 985-898-2591.
By law, you must first file a timely Assessment Review with the St. Tammany Parish Assessor’s Office before filing for an Appeal with the Parish Board of Review (the St. Tammany Parish Council).
The original deadline to submit a 2021 Assessment Review was Monday, Aug. 30, 2021. Assessor Louis Fitzmorris extended the deadline to Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.
Property owners who received damage to their home or business as a result of Hurricane Ida may submit a Storm Review Form. Storm Reviews will be handled separately, after the regular 2021 Assessment Reviews are completed. The deadline for Storm Reviews has yet to be established, however, property owners are encouraged to file as soon as they are able.
