Sealed quotes will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018, and then opened at that time by the Procurement Staff for the following project:

Each paper bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope.  The outside of the envelope shall show the Name and Address of the Bidder, the State Contractor’s License Number of the Bidder (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Project Name and the Bid Number.

Complete bidding documents may be obtained upon making a deposit of $30.00 for each set of documents.  Deposits on the first set of documents furnished bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents in complete and good condition no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.  On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, 50% of the deposit is refundable upon return of the documents in complete and good condition no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.

St. Tammany Parish Board of Adjustment and Zoning Board Meeting Rescheduled

Due to the threat of Tropical Storm weather earlier this week, the St. Tammany Parish Board of Adjustments and Zoning Board Meetings were posponed. The Board of Adjustment Meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 3:00pm, in Parish Council Chambers. The Zoning Meeting has been rescheduled, and will take place Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 6:00pm, also in the Parish Council Chambers located at 21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA.
