District 11 Monthly Meeting

The May meeting for Parish Council District 11 constituents will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the library of the Bayou Woods Elementary School located off Carroll Road.
The following items will be discussed:
1. Resolution to appoint Eva Merrifield and Janice O’Berry to replace Britanee Symons (resigned) and Breck Davis (resigned) on St. Tammany Parish Recreation District No. 7
2. Resolution to appoint Thomas (T.J.) Smith to replace Jacob (Jake) Groby (resigned) on St. Tammany Parish Communications District No. 1
3. Resolution to acknowledge the authority, pursuant to Home Rule Charter, Sections 1-04, 1-06, 3-01 and 3-09, for the Parish of St. Tammany, through the Office of the Parish President, to execute a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the City of Slidell for resurfacing of Airport Road/Northshore Boulevard
4. Resolution to acknowledge the authority, pursuant to Home Rule Charter Sections 1-04, 1-06, 3-01 and 3-09, for the Parish of St. Tammany, through the Office of the Parish President, to execute a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the City of Slidell for the Tammany Trace connection to Heritage Park
5. An Ordinance for adoption to amend the Parish Code, Chapter 10 Animals, Fowls, and Reptiles, Article IV Animal Control and Welfare, Section 10-650 Simple Cruelty to Animals; Minimum Care Standards, relative to extreme weather conditions
6. An Ordinance for adoption to amend the Parish Code, Chapter 10 Animals, Fowls, and Reptiles, Article IV Animal Control and Welfare, Section 10-647 Animals at Large; Leash Law, relative to the tethering of animals

St. Tammany Parish is seeking responses for the following project:

RFQ# 300-00-18-01-4 – Emerald Forest Blvd to LA 59 Connector Rd.

Responses will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00pm CST Wednesday, May 16, 2018.  RFQ responses will be opened publicly at the physical location as identified in Section 1.4 of the RFQ documents and only respondents who have submitted an RFQ response shall be identified aloud.  Prices shall not be read. Each response will be evaluated by designated Parish personnel after the submission deadline and public opening has passed.

Each Proposal must be sealed. The outside of the envelope, box or package should be marked with the Proposer’s Name and Address, the Proposal Name, the RFQ #, and the Proposal Opening Date.  Proposals without this information may be deemed non-responsive.

St. Tammany Parish is seeking responses for the following:

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Responses will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 4:30 p.m. CST Wednesday, May 9, 2018.  All individuals or firms submitting an SOQ:

SOQs shall be only submitted in PDF format via email or compact disc. Due to system specifications, emailed SOQs may not exceed 20MB. Printed SOQs will not be accepted. SOQs will not be accepted after the deadline.

Individuals or firms evaluated as qualified must be Active and “In Good Standing” with the Louisiana Secretary of State and licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
