The Crisis Action Team met at the Emergency Operations Center in the dawn hours for a briefing with officials across the State of Louisiana and the National Weather Service.

Although the Parish President had not called all personnel in until noon, by 8:00 AM the EOC was full.  Liaisons from the Sheriff's office, the cities, first responders and utilities were moving in.
