PUBLIC NOTICE
 
The St. Tammany Parish Planning Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday,
June 12, 2012 in the St. Tammany Parish Koop Drive - LA Highway 59 Administrative Complex, Parish Council Chambers, 21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA at 6:00 PM to hear comments for and against the following subdivisions filed for Preliminary and Final Subdivision approval:
 
PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION REVIEW
 
SD12-04-001
Grand Oaks, Phase 2, Ward 1, District 1
Developer/Owner: Trinity Developers     Engineer: Kelly McHugh & Associates, Inc.
Parish Council District Representative: Hon. Marty Dean
General Location: The property is located on the north side of LA Highway 22, and bounded on the north by Brewster Road, west of Madisonville, Louisiana.
