I-59 - St. Tammany Parish, Lane Closure

Work for Wednesday, June 13, 2012, has been completed –

Inside Left Lane re-opened at 11:00 AM

On I-59 north bound at the I-12 overpass at Mile Point .000 to Mile Point .520, there will be a closure of the inside left lane on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM 11:00 AM.  The outside right lane will remain open.  The outside right lane will be closed on Thursday, June 14 2012, from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.  The inside left lane will remain open. Maintenance crews will be repairing the roadway during this time, weather permitting.

Permit/Detour Section

There are no vehicle restrictions.  Delays are anticipated during peak traffic hours, and motorists may want to consider alternate routes to avoid the delays.
