From LA DOTD:

LA 21, Northbound and Southbound, from the LA 41 (Mile Point 23.32) to LA 16 (Mile Point 25.38), the outside/right lane and the inside/left lane in each direction will be closed separately and individually from Thursday, August 16, 2012 through Thursday, August 23, 2012 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (weather permitting).  At least one lane in each direction will remain open at all times.  This lane closure will allow crews to use a moving operation to remove and install new striping and pavement markers.

The road is open for regular traffic.
