From LA DOTD:

LA 41, Northbound and Southbound, from the LA 40 (Mile Point 22.47) to LA 21 (Mile Point 23.22), the outside/right lane and the inside/left lane in each direction will be closed separately and individually from Monday, August 20, 2012 through Monday, August 27, 2012 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (weather permitting).  At least one lane in each direction will remain open at all times.  This lane closure will allow crews to use a moving operation to install turnlane legend and symbols.

The road is open for regular traffic.
