Hurricane Isaac Debris Update

 

In Eastern St. Tammany today:

 

Work began this morning in the Eden Isles/Marina Drive area.  The truck working in the Bayou Liberty area is being repaired and should be back in service Thursday. Trucks are continuing to work in Magnolia Forest.   The trucks working Lakeview Drive hope to complete that area today and move into the Shortcut Highway area including River Oaks and Indian Village upon completion.

 

In Western St. Tammany today:

 

Work is underway in Pineland Park in the Madisonville area. In Mandeville, south of I-12, trucks continue to work both sides of Highway 59 moving southward toward Hwy 190 including Dove Park. Work continues in Lewisburg. Work has begun in the Tall Timbers area.

 

 

Debris collected through 9/18/2012:             23,225 cubic yards
