CDBG Substantial Amendment to the St. Tammany Parish
2008-2012 Consolidated Plan & 2010 Annual Action Plan

According to St. Tammany Parish’s Citizen Participation Plan, changes made in allocating St. Tammany Parish’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds constitute a substantial amendment to the Consolidated Plan. The proposed changes include re-distribution of $12,989.37 of surplus CDBG public service funds left over from three completed public service programs to the Homeownership St. Tammany program.

The Substantial Amendment will be available for viewing on the Parish website at: http://www.stpgov.org/departments_social_development.php  and at St. Tammany Parish Government Offices. Citizens who are unable to access the amendment should call 985-898-3074 to obtain an accessible copy of the amendment.

St. Tammany Parish is soliciting input from citizens on the proposed Substantial Amendment. Citizens are invited to submit comments in writing: via mail to: St. Tammany Parish Government, Department of Health & Human Services, 510 E. Citizen Comments will be accepted for inclusion in the substantial amendment from May 3, 2012 - June 1, 2012.
