NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Department of Finance, Purchasing Division, until
2:00pm CST, Tuesday November 27, 2012. Proposals will be opened and evaluated by designated Parish personnel after the submission deadline has passed for the following project:
RFP# 622-00-12-09-3 – Solid Waste Collection, Disposal and Curbside Recycling Services for Garbage
District No. 1, Service Area B
A minimum of five (5) copies of the proposal should be submitted in sealed envelopes or packages. On the outside of envelopes or packages, the following must be provided; Name and address of the respondent, RFP #, and the project name: “Collection and Disposal of Solid Waste and Curbside Recycling Services for Garbage Service District No.1, Service Area B”
If Proposal is mailed, the Proposal must be packaged in a sealed envelope or package separate from the mailing envelope with the notation, “Proposal Enclosed” on the face.
The successful Proposer must supply St. Tammany Parish with all required documentation as specified per the attached requirements. Said proposer must also be in Good Standing and licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
Specifications may be obtained from the St. Tammany Parish Department of Finance, Purchasing Division, 21454 Koop Dr., Suite 2F, Mandeville LA., 70471. Proposals will be received at St. Tammany Parish Council Office, 21454 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA. 70471 from each proposer or his agent, or by certified mail with return receipt requested.
