NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Department of Finance, Purchasing Division, until
Wednesday December 12, 2012. Proposals will be opened and evaluated by designated Parish personnel after the submission deadline has passed for the following project:
RFP# 622-00-12-12-3 – 2013 Motor Repair Services
A minimum of five (5) copies of the proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope or package. On the outside of envelopes or packages, the following must be provided; Name and address of the respondent, RFP #622-00-12-12-3, and the project name: “2013 Motor Repair Services.”
If Proposal is mailed, the Proposal must be packaged in a sealed envelope or package separate from the mailing envelope with the notation, “Proposal Enclosed” on the face.
The successful Proposer must supply St. Tammany Parish with all required documentation as specified per the attached requirements. Said proposer must also be in Good Standing and licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
Specifications may be obtained from the St. Tammany Parish Department of Finance, Purchasing Division, 21454 Koop Dr., Suite 2F, Mandeville LA., 70471.
Proposals will be received at St. Tammany Parish Department of Finance, Purchasing Division , 21454 Koop Drive Suite 2F,, Mandeville, LA. 70471 from each proposer or his agent or by certified mail with return receipt requested.
