The Procurement Department provides centralized procurement services for the Parish government departments, offices and agencies to procure equipment, supplies, and services for the Parish.
Mission Statement: The Procurement Department provides added professional procurement services to meet departmental goals that ensure integrity and fairness, with responsibility for oversight of solicitation, vendor selection, negotiation, award, contract administration, reporting, disposal of surplus property, and emergency assistance through logistical support in order to ensure the best interests of St. Tammany Parish.
Vision: The goal of the Procurement Department is to achieve the highest standard of professional public procurement and be recognized as an ethical and transparent department.
