Public Information

The Public Information Office handles all media inquiries, and is the primary disseminator relevant Parish Government information. During an emergency, the PIO shares important information with our residents regarding public safety, emergency operations, the status of the event, possible hazards to the public at-large, and when the all-clear is given. This office maintains all Social Media outlets including — Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn —  where we inform and educate residents and visitors to our Parish. We also maintain www.stpgov.org, and any and all sites that are linked to Parish Government. The Public Information Office is home to STPG-TV, our government access television station which is offered in both standard and high-definition. This station broadcasts public meetings, and original as well as outside programming.
